Clay Rach is a small business owner that lives with his wife and son (born 2018) in the Fernwood neighbourhood of Victoria BC.
In order to pursue his passions of helping people and growing businesses through entrepreneurship, he turned down an opportunity to work for the provincial government in 2008.
Since 2009 he has volunteered as a youth soccer coach even without his own children and has been able to practice his leadership and team building skills while helping the kids achieve success on the pitch.
His dedication to continuous self improvement has lead down many different paths of further education and challenging life experiences.
His real world experience in starting and growing business has provided a strong foundation of understanding the many challenges associated with new organizations and the people pursuing that path.
